Jamie Englert Photography is a custom portrait home studio located in Glen Mills, PA. I specialize in newborn, maternity, and family photography. I am dedicated to capturing your growing family by offering a luxury, one-of-a kind experience from beginning to end. It's my goal to create the most beautiful images of the people you treasure most!
Our studio has a wide variety of high-end, custom, and handmade props to offer a variety of options to customize your newborn session. You are always welcome to bring in any special items or keepsakes you would like to be used during the session. Based on our planning consultation, Jamie will have several sets ready in the studio before you arrive, so we can flow through the session as seamlessly as possible, optimizing baby’s sleepy-time. Newborn sessions take about four hours once the session starts, but it is important to know that sessions are not rushed. These are baby led sessions, and we will stop if your baby is ready for a feeding. We will take our time, and follow baby’s lead to create beautiful artwork for your home.

Not to worry! When a newborn session is scheduled, you will have a consultation phone call with Jamie to discuss all the details. Part of this conversation will be about the session itself.

I fell in love with Photography when my children were babies, and I wanted to preserve those precious years by documenting each milestone and stage before they quickly disappeared. I have a degree in Elementary Education and before photography, I taught for 12 years. I love working with families and believe that my educational background has helped me to connect with children to make sessions more fun, which brings out their real personalities.

I was hesitant to get newborn pictures done being an overprotective mother. But I was blown away by Jamie’s professionalism! Her studio was spotless and clean! She had sanitizer, all props cleaned, I felt very safe having my baby in the studio. She took all precautions and this was back in 2019 before covid was even around! She was so gentle and knew exactly what to do to make my baby comfortable. She was patient and it was a very relaxing environment. The quality of photos were AMAZING!
