During your pre-consultation, we will discuss the end goal for your session.  I will design and shoot the session to create the perfect art piece to fit the aesthetic and style of your home where it will be displayed.  This can be a single wall portrait or wall series, album or book, or folio box.

Additional Products

Additional Information

Clothing:  Our studio has everything you need for your newborn session.  We have a large collection of props, knits, and wraps.  You are always welcome to bring in any items that you would like to include in your session.  

Scheduling:  Scheduling your session is done over the phone.  Newborn sessions should be scheduled either before birth or within 24-48 hours after birth.  We do suggest that newborns are photographed within 7-14 days after birth.  

Cancellations:  If you choose to cancel your booked session completely, a 15% fee will be charged against your deposit.  After the session, there are no refunds for the session fee.  The fee covers the time and talent of the photographer and staff.  In the event you are not happy with your images, then if agreed upon with the photographer, a reshoot can be rescheduled.  


Ordering:  All ordering appointments are handled in the studio, a week to two weeks after your session.  We will go over your images, discuss retouching, and help you with your order.  We have samples of different products in the studio for you to look at.  We do not handle ordering appointments over the phone.  We want you to love your images and are confident you will.  

Payments:  A booking fee is charged at the time of booking to reserve a date on our calendar.  All orders must be paid for at the time of the ordering appointments.  * Please note that a 6% sales tax will be charged on all products & services in accordance with PA state law.

Social Media:  We love to share a few sneak peek images from your session on social media.  However, we respect your privacy!  Please let us know at your session if you do not want us to post to social sites. 
 
Important:  We do not give out RAW images.  We do not sell our images.  You will receive a print release with your digital files.  For large wall prints, we do suggest ordering from our studio to guarantee quality.
